If you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email me. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If we reserve a unit that is outside the 60 day window, the cost will be 2 to 4 times higher! Holidays and Special Engagements are Higher in Price.
You are bidding on a Fairfield Las Vegas at Grand Desert Fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Washer and dryer, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue and other consumable supplies will be furnished.
As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this Gold Crown Resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.
NOTE: No pets are allowed.
If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 3 days of the close of the auction. As soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation to be issued in your name. We will email you a copy of the Certificate as soon as it becomes available to us. We prefer that you make payment with any major credit card or through Paypal. We will also accept a cashier's check and/or money order if time allows. No shipping charges, taxes, cleaning fees or other hidden costs – the final bid price is the total cost for this unit. A credit card imprint or $100 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
