Nisita The "moisture oasis " Nasal Salve - for nasal comfort and lasting particle, virus and dry air protection. Sourced directly from Germany Use this simple sophisticated product to prevent and stop respiratory illness or discomfort on long haul (and frequent short haul) air plane flights, in offices, and other dry places like deserts. Flying Sickness and Jet lag; Air-Conditioning induced dry nose / colds / discomfort- There is a significantly higher risk of catching respiratory diseases whilst in flight. This is because the air is recycled and because it is extremely dry. Do you end a flight thick-headed, stuffed up, sneezing? Do you get a cold 2-3 days later while you're sat on a beach? It is all part of the jet-lag effect. It is exactly the same in air-conditioned offices. Ending the day stuffed and with a headache? Your colleagues reckon the building is sick? Running out of tissues? !! Nisita will stop or reduce all these symptoms !! The medical science: The nose is lined with a skin we call the mucus membranes. These are the structures that catch the majority of the bugs, bacteria, viruses, dust that we breath in every day. The bugs get caught on the membranes and the fine microscopic hairs that cover them (cilia). Dry air causes the mucus membranes in the nasal passages to dry out making them swell and the cilia shrink and stop moving. Swollen membranes and poor cilia means that a major part of the body's defences against bacteria and viruses are reduced. How Nisita works. Nisita lines and protects the front of the nasal cavities. 1) Nisita protects the membranes against invasion by viruses/bacteria. 2) Nisita rejuvenates the cilia to help them catch the invaders. 3) Nisita moisturises the membrane surfaces reducing that sore nose. 4) Nisita reduces the membrane swelling to stop that stuffed up feeling. How is Nisita different from the nasal sprays that I can buy in the UK? Nasal sprays are water based and as a result give very short term relief. In fact, after they dry, they contribute to the stuffed up feeling via a rebound effect. Nisita on the other hand is white-paraffin based and so the fresh feeling and clear breathing remains long after application. How do I use it? Just pick your nose in reverse Simply squeeze a small blob onto your little finger, and wipe it inside your nostril (a bit like picking your nose in reverse). You get some funny looks when you do it! Try doing it in the bathroom /restroom/WC/ behind a book/etc etc Don't forget to do the other nostril as well! There are no hard and fast rules about frequency, but we use it every two hours or so on a plane, and every two or three hours in the office. The History. I was introduced to Nisita by my (German) wife. We have been travelling extensively over the last 10 years. At the beginning of each flight, she would produce a tatty tube of Nisita and squidge some onto her finger. I always said no - it seemed a bit foolish to me. But then on a flight downunder via KL 4 years ago, I gave it a go and I was amazed by the difference it made. At the time SARS and Avian Flu were raising their profile and all our neighbours on the plane soon emptied the tube! Since then I've been buying it for friends and family. Now it's your chance! Where can I Buy? Ebay of course or email or check out w3 nisita. co .uk. Any questions? email me. Paul D Stevens BVSc MRCVS BA(Hons) Nottingham, UK.
