Please be aware that all item/items are as seen and described and are therefore 'bought as seen'. I do my very best to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible. I will only refund in the rarest of cases, once you've placed a bid this means you have accepted this. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is generally done twice a week. I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged, parcels. I will however do my best to help you get your money refunded from the Post Office. I pack exceptionally well, breakages and losses have been very few, please see my feedback and I always obtain a certificate or receipt of postage.
Due to Royal Mail terms and conditions ceramics and glass cannot be insured against damage in transit. In the case of any 'lost in post' or 'damaged upon receipt' items then please be aware that I will do all I can to help you get your money back from the Post Office but there are no guarantees. I always get receipt of postage and will send as 'Signed for' where requested or necessary. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit or items lost in transit. If you require insurance please enquire with Post Office. Once you have paid for your purchase I will undertake to get it to you in the same condition as it left me, but once in the postal system it is accepted that it's 'Sent at your own risk'. Breakages from my auctions have been very, very few. Please check my Feedback for proof that I do my very best to ensure safe transit for your purchases.
